Community Service at Homer E. Gaines Consistory #112

The Muskegon Rescue Mission was the designee for our benevolence the month of December. On December 22nd, GIG Robert Roundtree and I were onsite for brief meeting and tour prior to delivering the following items (photos attached):
500 face masks
400 hand sanitizer bottles
40+ children’s coats (via Project Warm Spirit)

To conclude the day, I was interviewed by 103.7FM WUVS “The Beat” in Muskegon, MI to discuss the role of HEG #112 in impacting and servicing the community. It was a great discussion that allowed us to showcase our fraternity on a larger platform. Special thanks to the fraters GIG Walter M. Brame and GIG Jimmy Taylor for facilitating the delivery of coats from Project Warm Spirit on behalf for Consistory/Commanders of the Rite and also to GIG Robert Roundtree for coordinating with the local rescue mission. As we move toward 2021 in these challenging times, we must continue with the focus of meeting needs and changing lives!

Fraternally,
Aaron C. Dickason, Sr.
